As a lifelong Minnesotan, I know just how fantastic the Midwest is, despite the unpleasant national moniker “flyover country.” Right now I’m focused on exploring parts of the Midwest I haven’t seen. I’ve roadtripped to Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska and have upcoming articles about all three, as well as about destinations in Iowa and North Dakota.
